[ITA] Cotechino di puro suino con cotenne pulite a coltello. Fatto esclusivamente con carni ITALIANE ,fresche ,del Circuito Tutelato. macinatura media ,ottima concia con varie spezie, buon mix di carni gelatinose e cotenna che rendono il prodotto molto appetitoso.

[ENG]Cotechino is typical of country tradition; it is produced with rind, lean meat of the head, and throat of pig.  It should be cooked in water or in a water bath for some hours. It is available in bondiola and with corned tongle. The classic form weights about 500 g and there is also Agribon. During the Christmas period we also produce Zampone and Tricorno.
